PLEASE NOTE: Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel your booking.

This includes cancellations due to Covid 19. If you cancel your booking, we may charge an additional cancellation fee at our discretion based on genuine pre-estimate of income loss suffered by us.

We may, in our discretion, agree to waive all or part of the cancellation fee if the circumstances of the cancellation are in our opinion, beyond your reasonable control. If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks from your booked date, you may be liable for the balance of the invoice.
