Your delivery will require a signature so it is always best to have your parcel delivered where someone will be available to receive it. A work address is good for this reason, but if you are having your order sent to work please remember to include the company name and the department where you work. You don’t want someone else receiving all your new goodies!

Our order processing department is currently still operating as normal, however at times customers may experience slight delays. Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be dispatched. We are working closely with our external delivery partners to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Our delivery partners are committed to delivering your orders, however there may be occasions when delivery times will be delayed, as a result of COVID-19 protocols.
Some International customers may experience delays due to COVID-19. If you would like to monitor the location of your package we recommend you choose the tracked shipping option at checkout.
Alternatively, you can request that the delivery driver leaves your package in a safe place outside your address. To request this service, please add a note with specific instructions to your order.
